Here at ARROYO SECO we are committed to producing the finest dairy heifers in the country. We have a top notch AI (Artificial Insemination) program with a high success rate. We purchased the feed yard in June of 2005, with a capacity of about 8,000 head and covered an area of about 60 acres. Over the last several years we have continually worked to improve the facility.
We currently have expanded our facility to a capacity of 30,000 heifers and nearly a full section of land, which has given the heifers the room they need to be comfortable along such amenities as dairy style feed aprons. Along with our heifer operation we have also acquired additional farm land to supplement our feeding requirements to satisfy the needs for our heifers.
